How to Apply to Vita Nova Supportive Housing

To be considered for admission to the Monarch house, applicants must be able to answer "YES" to the following statements:

- I am a woman seeking a recovery-focused living environment

- I have at least 30+ days clean/sober

- I am willing to take a drug screen (UA) before moving in

- I do NOT take narcotic medication

- I am willing to attend 12-step meetings regularly

- I am willing to get a sponsor and actively work the steps

- I do NOT have children who would need to live with me

- I am willing to share a room

- I do NOT have a history of violent crimes

- I am willing to follow house rules, structure, curfew, and expectations

- I AM SERIOUS ABOUT MY RECOVERY JOURNEY!
 

To be considered for admission to the Diamond house, applicants must be able to answer "YES" to the following statements:

- I am a woman seeking a recovery-focused living environment

- I have at least 1+ year clean/sober

- I have been employed for at least 3 months

- I am willing to take a drug screen (UA) before moving in

- I do NOT take narcotic medication

- I currently attend 12-step meetings and am willing to maintain at least 3 meetings a week

- I currently have a sponsor and will maintain my stepwork journey

- I do NOT have children who would NEED to live with me

- I do NOT have a history of violent crimes

- I am willing to follow house rules, structure, curfew, and expectations

- I AM SERIOUS ABOUT MY RECOVERY JOURNEY!
